Joe Rubanow is on your roof. Every job, every day.
Structural Technology is run by Joe Rubanow, a second-generation contractor with more than 30 years in roofing. Joe doesn't hand your job off and disappear. He supervises and inspects the work on site daily, often several times a day, and he's the one you talk to when you call.
That's why homeowners keep writing the same things in their reviews: Joe answered fast, explained everything with photos, was on site every day, and left the job clean. It's also how we've kept a record of zero ROC customer complaints.
We work on existing homes and buildings: tile underlayment replacements, repairs, full re-roofs, storm damage repairs, and exterior and interior painting.

BBB profileI got several quotes to have the underlayment replaced on a concrete tile roof. Joe matched one of the quotes but upgraded the materials he used and the workmanship involved. … His no leak warranty was far better than any of the other quotes.
Had some water showing on an upstairs bedroom after the major storms we got in Gilbert. … He came out the next morning … He was thorough explaining the issue and providing photographs each step of the way.
Joe was very quick to respond to my request for quote. … Joe was on site each day to give me information and updates on the project. Entire roof was done in 4 days.
I had a roof leak during a storm today and contacted Joe for assistance. He understood the urgency and immediately sent a team out to fix my roof. … Joe personally showed up to inspect the work.
Professional, lightning-fast, top-quality roof repair, and spotless cleanup at a fair price. They handled my warranty company seamlessly, made it super easy!
He kept the worksite clean throughout the project and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. The new roof looks fantastic and has held up beautifully.
From start to finish the communication and quality of work was amazing and above and beyond. … The roofers and the owner were very polite and accommodating.
Of all the contractors I have worked with, Joe was the most thorough and accessible through the entire roof project. His attention to detail and quality was most impressive.
Joe replaced my roof 7 years ago and it seems to be holding. He inspects every year and has found nothing wrong. … He is very professional and thorough including photos.
